Coach Daniel Haile is the founder and head coach of Dan Abyssinia FC, bringing over 17 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for football. His journey began not only as a coach but also as an official, having served as a Premier League referee and an international referee candidate. This unique combination of experience gives him deep insight into the game, both tactically and technically.

Under his leadership, Dan Abyssinia FC has grown into one of Ethiopia’s most promising football academies. In just two years, the academy has produced players who have joined top international clubs such as Chelsea, Arsenal, and teams in Norway. He also led the team to compete in the prestigious Gothia Cup in Sweden, where they finished in the top 8, gaining global recognition.

Coach Daniel’s philosophy goes beyond football — he is committed to shaping disciplined, confident, and mentally strong individuals. With a CAF D License and a deep understanding of youth development, his training is focused on building both great athletes and great characters. His vision is clear: to help young Ethiopian talent rise and represent the nation proudly on international stages.
