Welcome to Dan Abyssinia Football Club

Dan Abyssinia FC is a proudly Ethiopian football academy with a global vision. Originally founded in 1986, the club played for two years before going inactive. After many years, Dan Abyssinia was revived in 2023 by Coach Daniel Haile, bringing back the dream of creating a football institution that empowers young talent and bridges local potential with international opportunities.

In just two years since its revival, Dan Abyssinia FC has become one of Ethiopia’s most promising football projects — producing internationally recognized players and competing at the highest youth levels across the world.

Professional Coaching: The academy is led by Coach Daniel Haile, who brings over 17 years of experience, holds a CAF D License, and has refereed multiple Ethiopian Premier League matches. He was also a former international referee candidate, bringing a unique perspective to player development.
